“WGSS has not only been integral for assisting me develop a more nuanced scholarship within my disciplines, but also the interdisciplinary praxis that is necessary for me as a behavioral health clinician and a public servant. WGSS provides the necessary critical framework for the social justice and service aspects of both public administration and social work. My time with WGSS has strengthened my ability to excel as a scholar-practioner, and advocate for individuals and communities as part of instutional change.
