“The opportunity to teach in the WGSS program during my graduate career has been one of the most important roles I have had the fortune of holding. During my time in undergrad I was a WGSS minor, and the courses I took in this program changed my outlook on so many aspects of my life and experiences. The faculty in this program are some of the most understanding people I have met on campus, I am lucky to become one of them. Without my TA appointment in the WGSS program I would not be able to continue my education through graduate school, I am super grateful. There is a WGSS course for everyone, in any UConn school or program, and I cannot recommend the experience enough.”
